Jennifer OomenRegistered Massage TherapistJen graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto in 1999. She went on to complete the Massage Therapy Program at Centennial College in 2002. She has taught at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine, and worked at several clinics, a Premier Spa of Ontario, and in Private Practice. Jen is a member of her professional association (RMTAO) and takes ongoing continuing education courses that focus on her clients’ current needs. She believes the body naturally wants to get back to a state of balance, and uses a variety of Swedish Massage and Deep Tissue techniques to focus her treatments on addressing her clients concerns, also while trying to look at the larger picture of what might be going on-correcting imbalances and re-educating. She loves working with families, and pre and post-natal clients. Jen enjoys empowering her clients to take responsibility for their health, and being a partner with them on their journey towards wellness. Jen is a certified Bioflex Laser Therapist.

Jamie SniderRegistered Massage TherapistJamie Snider is a unique massage therapist, often combining a variety of modalities (including Low Intensity Laser Therapy, ultrasound, advanced taping, mindfulness meditation, and medical professional level first aid) often used by physiotherapists to augment his treatments. Jamie was the first OAC student to do a physiotherapy Co-op under the trainer of OHL’s Peterborough Pete’s. At Sir Sanford Fleming College his focus was the Rehabilitation Assistant program- a cross between Physiotherapy & Occupational Therapy. While completing the Massage Therapy program at Centennial College he became the Director of Health Sciences in his first year, and later became the Campus Director of CCSAI. As a Registered Massage Therapist Jamie has worked at several multi-disciplinary clinics, his home-based practice, and has taught in a variety of locations in Toronto including CDI College and Elmcrest College. He is also now Jujitsu Canada’s resident Therapist in Peterborough.

Léanne HodgsonRegistered Massage TherapistLéanne graduated with a BA from the University of Guelph in 2008 and graduated from the Massage Therapy program at Sir Sandford Fleming College. Her previous work as a certified Usui Reiki Master allows her to combine a unique holistic perspective with a clinically based approach. She uses myofascial release, neuromuscular techniques and trigger point therapy to help create balance within the body. She treats various stages of injury, inflammation, scar tissue and also provides relaxation massages. Her passion is assisting clients in improving their physical functionality and in helping them to achieve an overall sense of well-being while meeting their personal goals and lifestyle needs.

Rika ThauvetteCertified Reflexologist & Hot Stone PractitionerRika is a certified Reflexologist with the Ontario College of Reflexology and a Hot Stone Practitioner. Rika is also certified in Bioflex Laser Therapy.
Rika offers a unique treatment to her clients that involves the combination of Reflexology with hot stones. Reflexology is a focused pressure technique, usually directed at the feet. The treatment starts by using hot stones to massage the lower legs relieving any tension in the calf muscles while enhancing the energy flow through pressure on each reflex points. The heat from the stones helps to relax the muscles in the feet allowing to penetrate deeper into the reflex area. The warmth deeply relaxes and soothes, melting away tension and anxiety restoring balance of body & mind. Rika also provides a hot stone neck and shoulder treatment that eases daily strains and tension. Rika's clients can experience deep relaxation feeling completely refreshed and rejuvenated.
